I have a hp pavilion zv, and I am having a problem with the lcd display. Dell is sending someone out to replace the motherboard and video card, i was wondering if you have ever run into this problem and the cause…Before the lcd was replaced it was wavy and the windows logo during start up was shadowing.. It has gotten progressively worse over time. I couldnt use the external monitor so we sent it in for warranty to use the external display. If the same red pixels appear on the external video, there is a problem with the graphics card. Simply type the model into the search box and click the Search button. Computer is a Toshiba Satellite L I turn on WiFi and the problem returns again. There r lot of horizontal lines that appear on the lcd and the whole display looks inverted and gateway p 7811fx of focus.

Have others experienced similar problems? In this case I would try reseating the video cable first, it will eliminate any connection related issues.
